The Role

Working as part of an established litigation team, you will be responsible for managing matters through all stages of the litigation process while gaining exposure to complex and high-profile disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution under partner supervision
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other litigation-related documents
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
• Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Prepare case evaluations, reporting, and litigation strategy recommendations for clients
• Participate in settlement negotiations and dispute resolution efforts
• Collaborate closely with colleagues on complex, multi-party litigation matters
