You will liaise with QA, engineering, and leadership to assess liability, drive settlement decisions, and guide investigations across projects in the US. The role demands a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree.
• Technical education or product engineering or troubleshooting experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage product liability claims, incl. property damage, injury cases, pre-suit demands and litigation.
• Develop and implement defense strategies for efficient case management.
• Train teams on product symptoms, remedies, and mechanisms of home appliances.
