Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years relevant business experience, including in product manager role, product owner role or similar.
• Understand fundamentals of iterative development, software development process and procedures.
• Expertise in Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, market and user research, technology management, and process design.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Passion for new technology and trends.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and influence skills across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for long-term product roadmap as part of a larger business strategy.
• Develops compelling product strategy through personas, use cases, customer benefits, and value propositions.
• Leads collaboration to manage and prioritize roadmaps across multiple products.
• Ensure business outcomes are tied to broader goals.
• Identify and track performance metrics to improve experiences and outcomes.
• Coach and develop product teams and stakeholders for improvement and delivery.
• Ensure roadmaps fit capacity constraints and maximize customer value.
• Engage with customers and users to uncover needs and translate to testable hypotheses.
• Collaborate to roll out operational plans and stay aligned with industry best practices.
