Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years relevant business experience in product/owner roles.
• Expertise in Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, market and user research, technology management, and process design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and influence skills at all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term product roadmap as part of a larger business strategy.
• Develop a compelling product strategy through analysis of personas, use cases, customer benefits, and solution value propositions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to manage and prioritize roadmaps and releases.
• Identify and track KPIs to monitor product health and drive measurable improvements.
• Coach and develop product teams and ensure alignment with business goals.
