Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Software and Services to oversee the lifecycle of software, digital and professional services for Security and Access Solutions. You will report to the Director of Product Management and work on a Hybrid schedule from Pittsford, NY, Atlanta, GA, or Costa Mesa, CA.

The role drives NPI programs, market readiness and cross-functional collaboration, shaping product strategy and delivering customer value across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, offering management, or a related role
• Experience with software and services offering
• Experience transitioning on-prem to cloud based SaaS software offerings
• Strong business case, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Strong focus on customer journey and experience
• Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
• Results orientation with proven track record of successfully proposing, developing, and launching offerings
• Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills

Responsibilities

• Lead or supervise new product introduction process with cross-functional teams
• Support strategies for new offering introductions aligned with market needs and business goals
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales and service delivery teams to ensure alignment
• Address complex customer technical and business process needs to deliver business value
• Benchmark products against competitors to identify differentiation opportunities
• Communicate product vision and updates clearly to stakeholders
• Ensure market readiness with training and materials
• Maintain comprehensive use case and requirements documentation and present status reports
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and drive improvements
• Proactively identify issues during the NPI phase and develop solutions
• Translate market data and inputs into actionable growth strategies
• Support commercial leaders to identify sales opportunities
• Proficiency with project management and product management tools
