Responsibilities

• NPI Project Management: Lead new product introduction process and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely launches.
• Strategic Planning: Support strategies for new product introductions aligned with market needs and business goals.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and supply chain to ensure alignment.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical support throughout the NPI process and ensure quality and performance standards.
• Product Validation: Support testing/validation to meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Market Readiness: Align marketing and sales to position products and provide training and materials.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain docs and present reports on status, metrics, and recommendations.
• Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Gather feedback and drive improvements.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and address issues during NPI and prevent recurrence.
• Travel up to 20%.
