Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in two or more of: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing.
• 6 years working with technology and UX teams to define and prioritize product requirements and deliver digital products.
• 5 years of direct team leadership and managing budgets.
• 3 years in an agile software environment.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership across a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Set and direct product vision, strategy, and OKRs for the portfolio.
• Influence investment choices and annual portfolio planning.
• Demonstrate customer expertise and drive synergies across product teams.
• Coach teams on jobs to be done by personas and drive innovation.
• Identify blockers and work with leadership to resolve.
• Establish and audit product operating routines across domains to ensure excellence.
• Mentor the team on prioritization techniques and cross-team alignment.
• Set standards for usable, viable, and feasible products.
• Build frameworks for product marketing and illustrate product-market fit.
• Promote data-driven decision making and align portfolio metrics with OKRs.
• Lead the team to achieve the company’s mission and foster inclusive environment.
