Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience in project/product management, business analysis, or related roles.
• 5 years of product and/or experience management.
• Experience in an agile software environment with strong writing ability and product marketing.
• Experience working cross-functionally with senior leadership.
• Experience translating data into quantifiable actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Search & Recommendations.
• Set strategic priorities across search relevance, recommendations, personalization, and AI-led discovery.
• Translate customer needs and shopping behavior into product opportunities using analytics and KPIs.
• Lead an experimentation-driven strategy with hypotheses and guardrails.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and UX to build scalable experiences.
• Define and own product OKRs and health metrics connected to outcomes.
