Key Responsibilities

1. Establish product vision: Collaborate with leaders to define product vision and OKRs, aligning with business partners and prioritizing features.
2. Enhance customer experience: Drive adoption through impactful feature design, find innovative opportunities, and stay updated on competition.
3. Drive product execution: Deliver on OKRs, provide clarity, prioritize effectively, and ensure usable and viable products.
4. Establish product advocacy and influence: Build influence across teams, shape strategy, align work with partners, and leverage data for storytelling.
5. Leverage product analytics: Define goals, track product health, and drive market fit strategies through data insights.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing
• 3+ years in product and/or experience management
• Experience in an agile environment with strong communication skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience guiding cross-functional teams
• Certified Scrum Product Owner
• Master's degree in business administration or similar
