Job summary

Panera Bread in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Manager for Restaurant Technology Hardware to lead the hardware portfolio lifecycle across Panera’s 2200 bakery-cafes. You will partner with deployment, inventory, supply chain and operations to deliver and support restaurant technology solutions.

The role requires 7–10 years in restaurant technology or hardware deployment, strong leadership and project management, and experience with vendor contracts, budgeting and SDLC

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in restaurant technology, deployment or hardware lifecycle management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Proven leadership, organizational and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies such as SAFe, Agile or Lean Agile.
• Experience with hardware lifecycle programs and vendor relationships.
• Experience with IT service management systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant technology hardware portfolio and lifecycle.
• Prioritize requirements, maintain roadmaps and backlogs.
• Create and maintain contracts and master agreements.
• Create and maintain budgets for capital projects and maintenance.
• Manage OEM/VAR/Field Services vendor relationships and contract administration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business, legal, security and licensing requirements.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance and Operations for inventory readiness.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
