Job summary

Qualifications

7-10 years in restaurant technology, technology deployment or hardware lifecycle management.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Demonstrated leadership, organizational and project management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication; ability to work cross-functionally.
Experience with SAFe, Agile or Lean Agile and vendor management.

Responsibilities

Lead hardware portfolio and lifecycle management aligned with business priorities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and manage roadmaps.
Create and maintain contracts including SOWs, MSAs and agreements.
Develop budgets for capital projects and maintenance activities.
Manage OEM, VAR and field services relationships; participate in RFPs and reviews.
Coordinate with supply chain, finance and operations for readiness and inventory.
