Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle, WA invites an experienced Principal Product Manager in Tech to lead the product roadmap for tailoring the customer experience on Amazon’s key pages using ML techniques, reinforcement learning, and real-time systems.

You will collaborate with engineers, scientists, PMs, and leaders to define personalized experiences, drive next-gen recommender systems, and balance business and technical tradeoffs while delivering impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing or technology experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• End-to-end product delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Envision and define personalized shopping experiences tailored to each customer's intent.
• Work with engineers, scientists, engineering managers, and PMs to define and execute a product roadmap.
• Drive roadmap to implement next generation recommender systems across Amazon.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, balance customer and business needs with technical constraints.
• Assemble inputs from stakeholders, develop designs and specs, and deliver them timely.
• Communicate goals, requirements, roadmaps, and timelines to cross-functional teams.
