The role owns the strategy and roadmap for data, ML, and measurement platforms, enabling teams to build, experiment, and productionize machine learning solutions while improving customer engagement metrics across Prime Video.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of end to end product delivery experience.
• 4+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• 3+ years of Data & AI related technologies including AI/ML and analytics.
• Deep understanding of MLOps, model training, and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the multi-year vision and roadmap for ML platform and infrastructure.
• Develop and own data platform strategy with trusted, model-ready data foundations.
• Build end-to-end ML tooling and pipelines for experimentation and productionize models.
• Support large-scale model training, real-time inference, and compute optimization.
• Own the feature store strategy for online and offline serving.
• Deliver self-service tools and reusable components to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
• Enhance the measurement platform to monitor model performance and outcomes.
• Influence senior leadership and align on platform strategy and investments.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities across teams with intuitive, reliable solutions.
