Job summary

CHANEL is seeking an Associate Director of Product at South Coast Plaza to lead a product category and coach the sales team. This role partners with the Boutique Director and Home Office buying to drive business and ensure exceptional client experiences.

About the role:

The Associate Director, Product is a brand ambassador and business leader focused on delivering extraordinary experiences for internal team and clients. They will be responsible for driving the business of their respective product category(ies), coaching, and managing a team of salespeople, and equipping the Boutique Director with critical business knowledge.

  • Drive all aspects of the assigned product category, including analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and partnership with Home Office buying team

  • Represent CHANEL in the market, developing the client base through community involvement, partnerships with local high-profile businesses, as well as social and seasonal events

Position Logistics:

Compensation:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $138,700 through $160,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
