Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to drive strategy and delivery for last-mile and shipping features across mobile apps and website. You will own the roadmap, partner with engineering and UX, and influence cross-functional teams including finance, analytics, and legal to scale supply chain products.

You will build scalable, API-driven platforms, oversee international localization, and lead a small team of product managers while shaping KPIs and driving product success

Qualifications

• Experience defining product requirements and roadmaps for ecommerce software products.
• Experience writing clear, actionable user stories and specs in Jira/Confluence.
• Experience with A/B testing, data-informed decision making, and presenting insights to leadership.
• Experience leading product teams in Agile environments and aligning roadmaps with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, vision, and roadmap for shipping and delivery features across iOS, Android, and web.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and cross-functional teams (finance, analytics, legal) to advance supply chain products.
• Own end-to-end product development and technical specifications for large software projects.
• Develop scalable, multi-tenant platforms with API-driven integration and international localization.
• Measure KPIs (revenue, on-time deliveries, wait time, utilization) and drive continuous improvement.
