Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to drive product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for last-mile delivery features across mobile apps and web platforms.

The role collaborates with engineering, UX, analytics, and legal teams to advance supply chain products and optimize KPIs like delivery performance and revenue. Leadership includes guiding three team members and filing IP where applicable.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
7+ years of experience in product management, with leadership responsibilities.
Experience identifying strategy and goals for ecommerce software products.

Responsibilities

Lead product strategy, vision, roadmap, and requirement specs with engineering and UX stakeholders.
Partner with cross-functional teams to advance supply chain products.
Drive product discovery, research competitive landscape, and write technical specs.
Own end-to-end product development for last mile delivery in mobile apps and website.
Own feature development for shipping and delivery across iOS and Android.
Build scalable, multi-tenant platforms with APIs and localization.
Work with leaders to execute against technical vision and software architecture.
Use data to recommend innovations and new opportunities for shipping and delivery.
Measure and improve KPIs like revenue, on-time deliveries, wait time, labor utilization.
Create and protect IP by filing patents for systems, processes, and products.
Supervise three employees: 2 Staff Product Managers and 1 Manager II.
