Job summary

nVent is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the EBS E-house product line, focusing on revenue growth, margin expansion, and productivity improvements.

You will apply market insights to develop long-term technology and lifecycle strategy, standardize portfolios, and collaborate with engineering, sales, and distributors to deliver compelling value propositions. Travel up to 25% to support field activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred.
• 10+ years product management in industrial automation or utility-focused companies preferred.
• Hands-on experience with utility and commercial sales channels including distributors, direct sales, and manufacturer's reps.
• Experience in Engineered-to-Order (ETO) business preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead product management for the EBS E-house segment, boosting revenue, margins, and productivity.
• Develop long-term technology and lifecycle strategy with portfolio standardization to expand capacity and customer experience.
• Coordinate strategic programs through cross-functional communication for assigned product category.
• Conduct Voice of the Customer studies and field testing to uncover unmet customer needs and drive new products.
• Develop strong value propositions for product families to articulate differentiation to customers and channel partners.
