Qualifications

• 4-6 years in product management.
• 8-10 years experience building technology products.
• Experience with Performance Management or a comparable application is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and champion a product vision, strategy and roadmap in support of the product, corporate goals and objectives.
• Use market research, user feedback and analysis to identify new product opportunities.
• Present and articulate your product strategy to company leadership.
• Own product discovery with UX and engineering during discovery to assess value and feasibility.
• Create and prioritize the product backlog with clear benefits.
• Lead product launches and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
