Job summary
athenahealth is seeking a Product Operations, Senior Associate- Clinicals to shape how Product Operations drives product delivery and governance across the athenaOne portfolio, focusing on athenaClinicals and value-based care offerings.
The role partners with product managers and cross-functional teams to support feature execution, strengthen governance, and improve workflow through the product lifecycle. Based in Belfast, ME or Boston, MA with one in-office day weekly.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- 1–2 years in product management, product operations, or a related field.
- Experience with electronic health records, clinical workflows, population health, and value-based care payments preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI and automation tools to improve productivity.
Responsibilities
- Feature delivery and portfolio support across the athenaOne portfolio.
- Alpha, beta, and release readiness planning and execution.
- Data analysis to identify risks, tradeoffs, and opportunities.
- AI-enabled productivity and execution to improve decision quality.
