Qualifications

• Significant experience in product management for mobile apps (fintech, e-commerce, or consumer services) at an upper senior level.
• Deep understanding of customer-centric design and balancing user needs with business goals.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher for international teams.
• Strong analytical skills with mobile analytics, funnels, heatmaps, and session data.
• Excellent taste in product design and user-friendly interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the mobile UX/UI strategy.
• Architect and optimize end-to-end CJMs for onboarding and regular use.
• Analyze in-app behavior to improve activation, conversion and engagement.
• Lead with UX/UI designers, ensure high-quality mockups and prototypes.
• Drive seamless ecosystem integrations across products and services.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, legal, and marketing teams.
