NOVACARD, based in Mexico, is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to own campaign planning and coordination across our near-prime client portfolio. You will define the campaign structure and schedule, coordinate cross-functional teams to automate and launch campaigns on time, and ensure seamless execution from brief to analysis.

This role requires a systematic thinker who can build scalable campaign processes and deliver results in a fast-paced lending environment.

Qualificações

• Senior level experience in managing marketing or CRM campaigns, preferably in fintech, banking, or consumer lending.

Responsabilidades

• Define structure, prioritization, and schedule of portfolio campaigns across activation, balance building, retention, and cross-sell.
