Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Product Management Lead to advance our digital enablement within the Business Technology team. You will shape product vision, strategy, and roadmaps while partnering with stakeholders and development teams to deliver measurable value and align with organizational priorities.

You will lead discovery activities, translate needs into actionable requirements, and drive product adoption through cross-functional collaboration, while supporting change management and go-to-market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8 years of relevant experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products and solutions.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions to identify needs and opportunities.
• Gather, prioritize, and translate business and customer needs into user stories and requirements for development teams.
• Monitor product adoption and performance; adjust roadmaps based on feedback.
• Support evaluation and incubation of innovative ideas and emerging technologies.
