Qualifications

Strong knowledge of product management principles and Agile software development practices.
Ability to gather, prioritize, and translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and deliverables.
Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Define and manage product vision, value proposition, strategy, and roadmap for digital products and solutions.
Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions to identify needs and opportunities.
Gather, prioritize, and translate business needs into user stories and requirements for development teams.
Monitor product adoption and performance and make roadmap recommendations.
Lead product communications, launch, adoption, and change management efforts.
