Job summary

Charles Schwab is transforming client experiences with AI-powered, conversational, and digital support platforms across web and mobile. This role sits on a high-impact product team driving strategy, execution, and governance to deliver intuitive, reliable experiences at scale.

You will partner with product, engineering, data, design, risk, and service teams to ensure operational excellence, compliance, and growth while maintaining a strong customer focus and executive storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital product management experience.
• Experience delivering complex digital platforms across web and mobile.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across organizations.
• Agile experience (Scrum, backlog management, sprint planning).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy across Conversational AI, Search, and Digital Support experiences.
• Translate strategy into PRDs, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle including planning, development, testing, release, and optimization.
• Lead release management practices with notes, readiness, and stakeholder communication.
• Establish cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, design, risk, compliance, and operations.
