Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to shape AI-powered client experiences across Conversational AI, Enterprise Search, and Digital Support. You will partner with product, engineering, data, design, risk, and service teams to deliver intuitive, reliable experiences with a focus on governance and safety.

You will own end-to-end product lifecycle, drive strategy and roadmaps, and communicate progress to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital product management experience.
• Experience delivering complex digital platforms across web and mobile.
• Experience with AI/ML-based products.
• Strong collaboration across product, engineering, design, risk and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy across Conversational AI, Search, and Digital Support experiences.
• Translate strategy into PRDs, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs.
• Maintain delivery-ready work across multiple sprints and long-term platform evolution.
• Drive development of AI-powered experiences including LLM-based, deterministic AI, and hybrid systems.
• Establish and improve AI quality frameworks (evaluation, accuracy, grounding, hallucination mitigation).
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle including planning, development, testing, release, and optimization.
• Lead release management practices with stakeholder communication and readiness.
• Ensure QA and production stability across features; maintain documentation across product and operations.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, design, risk, compliance, and operations.
• Create executive-ready presentations and clearly communicate strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes.
