Job summary

Citi in Sydney seeks a Senior Product Development Manager for Complex Assets to lead the technical strategy and end-to-end delivery of OTC derivatives, Portfolio Swaps, and other complex instruments. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Complex Assets/Derivatives.
• Senior Product Development, Technology, or Solution Architecture background.
• Strong understanding of OTC derivatives lifecycle and fund accounting implications.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical designs for financial instruments.
• Ability to manage development budgets and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for complex assets.
• Define and execute the technical strategy and architectural roadmap.
• Mentor and manage a team of product development specialists.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product Management and Operations to deliver solutions.
