Job summary

Citi in Boston seeks a Complex Assets Product Manager to lead day-to-day management of complex financial instruments, set strategy, and guide product lines through the lifecycle.

The role requires deep hands-on knowledge of OTC and Exchange Traded Derivatives, and Portfolio Swaps, with ability to influence product, operations, design, and IT architecture while driving growth and client relationships.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive Complex Assets/Derivatives experience in product management within financial services.
• Deep knowledge of multi-asset OTC derivatives and lifecycle events.
• Proven ability to define economic data requirements for financial instruments.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience working across multi-function/global teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic roadmap, development, launch, and marketing to maximize product value.
• Manage day-to-day product management for core products including delivery and client communications.
• Execute client value propositions, pricing strategies, segmentation, and competitive differentiation.
• Develop plans and coordinate region-wide strategies across units.
• Manage market research, product innovation roadmap, and lifecycle of products.
• Oversee program lifecycle management including technology trends and market demands.
• Support achievement of revenue and expense goals and vendor relationships.
• Communicate business plans and coordinate team procedures and client problem resolutions.
• Drive innovation with external partners and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
