Job summary

Intuitive in Peachtree Corners, GA seeks a Senior Product Manager for Clinical Digital Insights to guide feature development across the surgeon digital ecosystem. You will identify opportunities, justify new products, and drive the roadmap with customer insights and market research.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define requirements, and collaborate with design, engineering and marketing to ensure successful launches and adoption of new capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand and identify opportunities to better serve General, Colorectal, Thoracic and HPB surgeons across the Intuitive digital ecosystem.
• Develop business justification for new products and features by working with customers and stakeholders.
• Use qualitative and quantitative market research methods and direct customer interviews to develop insights that inform the product roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional product teams including engineering, sales and marketing to execute against the product plan.
• Represent product management in the development process, complete market and product requirement documents, and facilitate tradeoff discussions with design teams.
• Engage with Human Factors and Interaction Design partners to establish design requirements and prioritize design efforts.
• Convey product value proposition to global marketing for positioning and messaging.
• Measure product success by monitoring adoption and collecting post-launch feedback.
• Develop a deep understanding of surgical treatments and keep abreast of clinical literature and KOLs.
• Collaboratively develop global product commercialization plans with regional teams.
• Understand competitive and emerging technology and its potential impact on Intuitive’s product lines.
• Work with product engineering to evaluate new technologies and prioritize the pipeline.
• Monitor and prioritize product quality issues and resolve critical customer issues.
• Participate in product education programs and sustaining activities including end of life.
