Job summary

Amgen in Thousand Oaks seeks an Associate Director of Information Systems for the Clinical Data Hub to lead a cross-functional product team and define a multi-year roadmap aligned with clinical development and enterprise data strategy.

You will drive scalable data products, governance, and interoperability, partner with data analytics, platform, security, and DevOps teams, and communicate strategy to senior leadership while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of managerial experience leading people, teams, or programs.
Experience with clinical development data and regulated environments is preferred.
Product management or Product Owner experience delivering enterprise data/platform products.

Responsibilities

Establish and execute CDH strategic roadmap across key functions.
Own and communicate CDH product vision and multi-year roadmap.
Champion data standards, governance, security, and interoperability.
Lead portfolio planning, backlog, and budget discussions.
Provide leadership for cross-functional product teams and resource strategies.
Collaborate with data, analytics, platform, security, DevOps, and other teams to deliver end-to-end value.
Establish governance and measure performance with business outcomes and adoption.
Represent CDH in senior leadership forums and secure alignment.
Anticipate trends in clinical data, AI, and digital capabilities to evolve strategy.
