Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in program management, product management, product operations, technology leadership, or related roles.
• Proven experience leading large, complex programs across multiple teams, workstreams, and organizations.
• Ability to establish program structure, ownership, governance, and success measures, and drive execution.
• Strong analytical and business skills, with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of enterprise networking and routing concepts, with ability to lead programs involving network connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs tied to key product, customer, and business priorities.
• Turn broad objectives into clear programs with defined outcomes, workstreams, milestones, owners, dependencies, and success measures.
• Establish structure, governance, and operating rhythm to drive execution across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and partners.
• Identify risks, gaps, and decisions early, drive resolution, and provide leadership with visibility into needed support.
• Lead programs supporting product launches, commercialization, customer adoption, migrations, partnerships, and other initiatives.
• Partner with Product leaders to connect roadmap priorities to work required across the business, incorporating customer and field insights.
• Use data to establish baselines, measure progress, identify opportunities, and support decisions; build repeatable approaches for complex programs.
