Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks an experienced product leader to own the software platform’s multi-year vision and strategy, guiding a distributed PM team across the US and Canada. You will drive the AI-native transformation, align across engineering, design, and sales, and focus on business outcomes with measurable KPIs.

You will recruit and mentor top product talent, synthesize customer and market insights, and steer initiatives from discovery to execution in a fast-moving, enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience leading product teams (3+ years).
• Experience with on-premise + cloud hybrid systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year vision and strategy for software platform.
• Lead AI-native transformation across the solution stack.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop product managers.
• Drive deep customer insight through discovery and market trends.
• Own business outcomes with KPIs tied to revenue, retention and adoption.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing and Support for go-to-market excellence.
