Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a transformative, outcomes-focused product organization across the US and Canada. You will own the software platform’s strategy, guide a distributed PM team, and drive AI-powered enhancements that reshape the physical security landscape.

You will build customer insight, define KPIs, and partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support to ensure market success and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with 9+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
• AND 4+ years of experience designing and scaling large enterprise software solutions.
• AND 4+ years experience leading product teams.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year vision and strategy for the software platform and guide the PM team.
• Lead the AI-native transformation across the product stack and reshape platform capabilities.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing product managers in an outcome-driven model.
• Drive deep customer insight through continuous discovery and market intelligence.
• Own revenue growth, retention, adoption, and competitive win rates with data telemetry.
