Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Director of Product Management in AIM XR within IQVIA Digital. You will lead a portfolio of AI-enabled, data-driven products and mentor PMs/Owners, coordinating cross-functional workstreams to deliver scalable impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management with multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own the AIM Portfolio across identity, insights, data accessibility, and enterprise scale.
• Orchestrate the product roadmap with PMs/POs and align with executives.
• Lead and mentor Product Managers and Product Owners in AI-enabled practices.
• Ensure governance, privacy, and regulatory standards compliance.
• Drive revenue, adoption, and measurable commercial outcomes with sales and digital partners.
