Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Product Management for AIM XR within IQVIA Digital. You will lead a multi-disciplinary product team, owning a portfolio that spans identity, insights, and data accessibility to drive growth and differentiation.

You will partner with engineering, data management, and business partners to deliver scalable, compliant solutions and establish governance, lifecycle processes, and an execution rhythm that accelerates value delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

8+ years in Product Management with multiple workstreams or a portfolio.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring product managers and owners.
Data-driven product fluency including identity resolution, data governance, and analytics.
Experience applying GenAI and automation within products.
Ability to communicate strategically to executives and align teams.

Responsibilities

Own the AIM portfolio across identity, insights, and data accessibility.
Orchestrate roadmaps and sequence work across squads.
Coach product managers and owners, building AI-enabled capabilities.
Represent AIM in cross-functional and executive discussions and secure alignment.
Establish governance and ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance across the portfolio.
