Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Director, Product Management within AIM XR to lead a portfolio of AI-enabled data products, coordinating across product managers, engineering, and data management to deliver scalable solutions.

You will coach a team, drive governance, and partner with executives to translate market needs into measurable commercial outcomes, while ensuring privacy, governance, and compliance across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, with multiple workstreams or a portfolio
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and influence across cross-functional teams
• Strong data-driven product fluency, identity resolution, governance and analytics
• Experience with modern insight generation, contextualized data, GenAI and automation
• AI-enabled leadership: introduce standards, tooling and governance for AI in products
• Commercial and compliance focus: connect product decisions to go-to-market outcomes and privacy considerations
• Strategic communication: tailor messages to exec audiences and diverse teams
• Agile/Scrum delivery: deep experience with Jira/Confluence; SAFe or similar preferred

Responsibilities

• Own and orchestrate the AIM portfolio across identity, insights, data access, and enterprise scale.
• Coordinate roadmaps with Product Managers and Product Owners to balance near-term delivery and long-term evolution.
• Represent AIM in executive discussions; articulate direction, trade-offs, progress, and investment needs.
• Drive operational excellence by simplifying workflows and standardizing delivery practices.
