Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Director, Product Management within AIM XR to lead a portfolio of initiatives spanning identity, insights, data accessibility, and enterprise-scale delivery. You will mentor PMs/POs and collaborate with engineering, data management, and business partners to drive measurable outcomes.

You will shape the operating rhythm, foster a high-performing culture, and champion AI-enabled discovery and governance to accelerate value while maintaining privacy and compliance

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, including leading multiple workstreams or a portfolio.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop product managers and owners, and influence across cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven product fluency, identity resolution, governance, analytics; familiarity with SQL and cloud/data platforms.
• Experience with modern insight generation: contextualized data and applying GenAI/automation within products.
• Demonstrated AI-enabled leadership: establish standards, tooling, and governance for AI use in products.
• Track record connecting product decisions to go-to-market execution and revenue outcomes with awareness of privacy/regulatory considerations.
• Strategic communication skills to present direction to executives and tailor messages across teams; able to drive decisions amidst ambiguity.
• Deep Agile/Scrum delivery experience; Jira/Confluence; SAFe or equivalent scaling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of AIM initiatives spanning identity, insights, data accessibility, and enterprise scale.
• Coordinate roadmaps and prioritize work across squads with product managers/owners.
• Represent AIM in cross-functional and executive discussions, communicating direction and investment needs to senior leadership.
• Simplify workflows, automate processes, and standardize delivery practices to enable scale.
