Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Director of Product Management within AIM XR in the United States. You will lead and mentor a portfolio, guiding cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and data management to deliver scalable, commercially valuable products.

You will build operating rhythm, drive governance, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals, while focusing on identity, insights, and data accessibility to fuel growth across IQVIA and IQVIA Digital.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management with multiple workstreams
• Experience with data, identity or healthcare products
• Mentor Product Managers and Product Owners
• Familiarity with SQL, data governance and modern cloud platforms

Responsibilities

• Own the AIM portfolio across identity, insights, data accessibility and enterprise-scale initiatives
• Orchestrate roadmaps with Product Managers and Product Owners across squads
• Represent AIM in executive discussions, articulating direction and investment needs
• Drive operational excellence, automation and standardized delivery practices
• Ensure governance, privacy & compliance across portfolio and data assets
