Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic direction for a platform or product line in clinical research.

You will own the vision, roadmap, and customer-informed strategy, coordinating with Engineering and Data teams to deliver AI-enabled features. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize AI capabilities, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while guiding junior product managers and delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software engineering; experience in clinical research or healthcare technology required.
• Functional understanding of the broader clinical research process, clinical operations, and/or multiple clinical software systems.
• Commercial software delivery experience in a 21 CFR Part 11 validated environment is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to make rapid and complex decisions that optimize across multiple objectives.
• Demonstrated experience incorporating AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics capabilities into product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Results orientation, team player and holding self and others accountable for achieving results for customers and the business.
• Demonstrated ability to operate and influence at the team level in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate technical matters to technical and non-technical individuals.

Responsibilities
