Job summary
WCG is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy for a platform within the clinical research space. You will own the product vision and roadmap, drive customer-informed strategy, and lead cross-functional execution across one or more major product domains.
You will influence senior stakeholders, coach teams, and contribute to AI-driven product opportunities in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The role offers remote work with travel and impact across One WCG.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software engineering; experience in clinical research or healthcare technology required.
- Functional understanding of the broader clinical research process, clinical operations, and/or multiple clinical software systems.
- Experience with AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics capabilities in product strategy.
- Experience with Agile software development is preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Defines and owns product vision and roadmap across one or more domains.
- Leads cross-functional execution with Engineering and Data teams.
- Drives AI/ML initiatives to deliver measurable client value.
- Interacts with users/buyers to collect and synthesize product inputs.
- Delivers presentations at customer sites, trade shows, or via web conference.
- Mentors junior Product Managers and associates.
