Job summary

WCG is seeking a Senior Product Manager to provide strategic leadership for a platform or product line within the clinical research space. You will define the product vision, own the roadmap, and drive customer-informed strategies while leading cross-functional execution across engineering, data, and commercial teams.

You will guide AI-driven product opportunities, prioritize features, and mentor other PMs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software engineering in clinical research or healthcare technology.
• Familiarity with clinical research processes, operations, or multiple clinical software systems.
• Experience delivering software in a regulated environment (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11) is a plus.
• Experience incorporating AI, ML, or advanced analytics into product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and accountability across cross-functional teams.
