Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with enterprise automation and analytics platforms.
• Proven experience partnering with VP/SVP/exec-level stakeholders to define strategy and investments.
• Proven ability to own full product lifecycle on data‑intensive products.
• Strong technical foundation; able to discuss architecture, data models and AI/ML tradeoffs with engineers.
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI technologies and practical enterprise applications.
• Experience building products that surface data or insights to executives.
• Experience driving organizational adoption of new AI capabilities and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, process mapping, and analysis to identify high‑ROI automation opportunities.
• Define vision, KPIs, personas, use cases, and user journeys for tools & products; author PRDs and acceptance criteria.
• Deliver scalable automation solutions integrated with enterprise systems and platform partners.
• Own product strategy & roadmap for internal intelligence platform providing leadership visibility into capability landscape and portfolio analytics.
• Engage senior stakeholders to understand consumption of technology portfolio information and feedback.
