Job summary

The Walt Disney Company seeks a visionary Senior Manager of Product Management to lead the Content Intelligence team's AI product portfolio. You will set long-term vision, drive the roadmap, and partner with executive stakeholders across Disney Entertainment, ESPN, and regional teams to deliver high-impact programs.

You will mentor a high-performing PM group, manage complex dependencies, and translate AI concepts into clear business value while fostering a product-led culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• 4+ years of formal people management experience.
• Experience managing platform products integrating with cloud-based APIs.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML landscape and applications in media.
• Ability to balance strategic roadmaps with tactical delivery and resource allocation.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Experience with user research and translating needs into product requirements.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Lean operating models.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of Product Managers.
• Set long-term vision and roadmap for Content Intelligence AI products.
• Partner with executive stakeholders across Disney Entertainment, ESPN and regional teams.
• Orchestrate cross-team dependencies and capital initiatives.
• Translate complex AI concepts for executives into clear business value.
