Job summary

VB Spine seeks a Senior Manager of Product Management for the Advanced Visualization Portfolio in Leesburg, VA. The role leads global portfolio strategy, market access, and commercial execution, partnering with Sales, Medical Education, R&D, and Operations to deliver portfolio performance.

You will guide lifecycle management, pricing strategies, and evidence generation while shaping the long-range product roadmap and integrated business planning. Strong collaboration and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience
• 7+ years in medical device, marketing, or sales (capital equipment experience preferred)
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and influence without direct authority

Responsibilities

• Lead full product lifecycle management, including launch planning and end-of-life strategy
• Define portfolio strategy: positioning, pricing, market access, go-to-market
• Partner with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory to align development with customer needs
• Establish and oversee clinical evidence generation and claims strategy
• Develop long-range strategic and annual marketing plans
• Translate commercial strategy into demand forecasts and align with supply chain
• Lead lifecycle planning to minimize inventory exposure
• Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Build cross-functional relationships and drive alignment across the organization
• Coach and develop a high-performing product management team
