Job summary

VB Spine, a mission-driven medical device company in Virginia, seeks a Director of Spine Sales Operations to lead incentive design, financial planning, and contract governance for the U.S. spine business.

You will drive strategy, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and ensure data integrity across customer, product, pricing, and contract records. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and HR to drive revenue growth, align performance metrics with division objectives, and deliver scalable processes

Qualifications

• Med Device Experience REQUIRED.
• Spine experience DESIRED.
• 10+ years in financial / Sales Operations roles.
• >5 years of managerial experience.
• Experience with financial modeling.
• Industry experience in med devices.
• Track record of compensation planning and performance management.
• Experience supervising professional and clerical staff.
• Proficiency with Varicent, Power BI, Salesforce.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Shape commercial strategy with executive and sales leadership.
• Design incentive compensation programs and quota methodology.
• Lead contract drafting, negotiation, and implementation.
• Support revenue forecasting and budget tracking.
• Govern commercial master data integrity (customers, products, pricing, contracts).
• Drive cross-functional initiatives including planning and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and HR on strategic initiatives.
