Job summary

VB Spine is seeking a Product Manager in Leesburg, VA to drive annual marketing plans, gather market insights, and translate them into actionable strategies. You will partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and physicians to support product launches, pricing, lifecycle management, and performance measurement.

The role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to deliver measurable business results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline required.
• Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of professional experience required.
• 2+ years of medical device or marketing experience preferred.
• Spine or enabling technologies experience—including imaging, robotics, navigation, or digital health—preferred.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering against established timelines.
• Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders without direct organizational authority.
• Ability to understand and work within complex, cross-divisional procedures and policies.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; developing financial acumen for budgets and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate competitive intelligence and market trends.
• Develop relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders to identify needs.
• Translate customer insights into product, portfolio, and value propositions.
• Support strategic plans, annual marketing plans, and product launches.
• Develop sales tools, messaging, and channel strategies for diverse markets.
• Forecast volume and contribute to budgeting and business planning.
• Collaborate with Sales Education on training strategies and materials.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and risks.
