Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Senior Product Associate to drive the planning, development, and delivery of features within the SharePoint Online and OneDrive space. You will leverage user insights and metrics to shape product roadmaps while coordinating with cross-functional teams and leadership.

The role emphasizes end-to-end lifecycle ownership, collaboration with engineering, and leveraging AI tooling to optimize delivery and workload management across an enterprise-scale environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and OneDrive in product roles.
• Ability to gather and translate stakeholder needs into features.
• Familiarity with release lifecycles and backlog tools like JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, build, maintenance, and delivery of features across SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
• Drive release lifecycle execution; define, test, and productionize features.
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders across lines of business.
• Present roadmaps, delivery status, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
• Collaborate with product engineering in frequent meetings and sessions.
• Identify opportunities to automate and modernize processes.
