Job summary

The Walt Disney Company (France) is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Data Products and Platforms in Florida. You will own the what and why of data products, translating needs into a clear vision and roadmap while collaborating with analysts, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.

You will drive data product value, prioritize roadmaps, and coordinate cross-team investments, balancing foundational, domain, and strategic initiatives within a dynamic data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of product management experience.
• Experience with scaled agile practices (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus).
• Experience writing PRDs.
• Experience in product management, data platforms, and strategy development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to influence and achieve actionable results through others, including senior stakeholders.
• Experience working with technical and business users.
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product metrics.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and make difficult trade-off decisions.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to drive clarity in complex environments.
• Understanding of modern cloud-based data platforms and architectures (e.g., ingestion patterns, medallion architecture).

Responsibilities

• Creating a high-performing team and meeting intake and product requirement SLAs.
• Own the platform-wide intake and prioritization process across all teams.
• Manage the DPP product portfolio—balancing investment across foundational, domain, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and sequencing of platform investments.
• Own stakeholder communication at the portfolio level—roadmaps, status, trade-offs.
• Drive standards and best practices for product management across DPP.
• Partner with leadership to align product investments with organizational strategy.
