JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Product Associate in Commercial and Investment Banking to drive product development and optimization through user research, metrics, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will own agile delivery, write epics and user stories, partner with UX/UI, and help shape the product roadmap across the platform to deliver value for clients and the business. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions and collaboration with technology and design teams.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product management or a related domain.
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
Experience in discovery and requirements definition.
Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
Experience driving platform transformation with Technology and Design (UX/UI).
Proficiency with AI tools to improve delivery efficiency and prioritization.

Responsibilities

Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities through user research and discovery.
Considers upstream and downstream implications of new features on the product experience.
Supports user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the roadmap.
Analyzes product metrics including time, cost, and quality targets across development life cycle.
Writes requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
Lead end-to-end product delivery across discovery, feasibility, dependency management, release coordination, and operations.
