Job summary

Arcadia is seeking a Processing Product leader who will own the roadmap for normalizing and validating raw bill data from Plug into clean, structured payables, and drive modernization of a legacy processing ecosystem into an AI- and automation-first operation.

You will partner with Operations, Commercial, and R&D to map labor-intensive workflows, quantify costs and errors, and prioritize automation, AI extraction, and new tooling to improve margins and pricing competitiveness.

Qualifications

Proven experience owning products where the system includes software and a human service operation.
Track record redesigning labor‑intensive, service‑heavy workflows into automated or AI‑assisted processes with cost improvements.
Hands‑on experience shipping AI‑powered document processing or agentic automation features into production.
Experience modernizing or migrating workflows off legacy or acquired systems while maintaining operational continuity.
Ability to build business cases that connect automation and unit economics to gross margin and pricing decisions.

Responsibilities

Own the roadmap for Processing, including bill data normalization and validation.
Partner with Operations to map labor workflows and prioritize automation.
Define adoption of AI‑powered extraction and agentic automation across the ecosystem.
Own tolerancing rules and exception handling to reduce manual review.
Build the business case linking automation investments to cost per bill processed.
Plan migration from legacy systems to modern tooling without live customer disruption.
Represent Processing in cross-functional planning with Commercial, Ops, and R&D.
