Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• 3+ years of engineering experience with new product launches preferred.
• Familiarity with APQP and core quality tools (PFMEA, control plans, PPAP, FAI/AS9102).
• Knowledge of quality systems such as IATF 1649 and AS9100 is preferred.
• GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and interpretation of complex drawings.
• CAD (Fusion) and MS Office proficiency; ERP/MES experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product launches from award through production.
• Establish and manage program plans, gate/phase reviews and open-issue tracking.
• Serve as the primary interface with the customer during launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Drive APQP, PFMEA, control plans and PPAP submissions.
• Ensure launches are documented, capable, and compliant.
• Manage suppliers, tooling, fixtures, and capital equipment timelines.
• Track long-lead items and coordinate quotes with teams.
• Create launch documentation, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Report program status and financial performance to leadership.
